This morning, I woke up to NPR’s political news report that Michele Bachmann has a Swiss passport.
What OLD news! The Mad Cow reported on this in June 2011. Apparently the American media is only now just catching on.
If the SVP had any sense, they could try to somehow impose Michele Bachmann’s hand into its infamous ad campaign on an initiative about grant undesirable foreigners Swiss citizenship.
But the SVP is almost as wingnut-y as Bachmann, so perhaps they should make her their poster girl for the “good” foreigners as opposed to those of the Black Sheep variety.
UPDATE: Now Frau Bachmann want to renounce her Swiss citizenship.
